A co-fermentation of 85% Shiraz and 15% Pinot Noir, this blend reimagines the Australian Shiraz style. Pinot Noir contributes lift, brightness, and red fruit aromatics, while Shiraz provides depth, richness, and structure. Fermented together for seamless integration, the wine delivers soft tannins, generous cherry, plum, and blackberry flavours, and a subtle touch of vanilla spice from gentle oak ageing. Minimal new oak ensures the fruit remains the star, resulting in a balanced, medium-bodied red with depth and approachability.
