Henri Germain et Fils - Savigny-les-Beaune 1er Cru 'Aux Gravains' - 2021

A perfumed and very pretty nose reflects notes of plum, dark currant, violet and a touch of earth. There is excellent energy suffusing the beautifully detailed and lightly stony middleweight flavors that also conclude in a moderately austere, sneaky long and balanced finale.
