Since 1988, Georges succeeded his father and tends to 15 hectares across Brouilly, Régnié, Morgon, Beaujolais Villages, Beaujolais, and Chiroubles. Inspired by Marcel Lapierre, Georges adopts a "natural" approach, certified organic, hand-harvesting grapes and using minimal sulfur.
