The nose is incredibly expressive and 'high-toned,' opening with vibrant layers of candied cherry and raspberry jube. These bright fruit notes are deepened by sophisticated floral aromas of wild violet and a subtle, spicy edge of anise. On the lifted palate, the wine shows remarkable elegance and a refined texture. Flavours of bright blueberry and raspberry are complemented by a hint of white pepper, all supported by soft acidity and fine, lean tannins that create a seamless balance between fruit purity and savoury complexity.
