This expression is matured for at least twelve years in a combination of ex-bourbon, sherry and port casks, resulting in a richer and more complex profile that highlights both fruit depth and oak influence.Deep amber in colour, it presents a rich and polished appearance in the glass.The nose opens with aromas of baked orchard fruits, maple honey and cocoa layered with notes of sultana, orange peel and gentle spice.
