Domenica Estate Shiraz

Domenica sits 460m atop the granite ridge south west of Beechworth. The 4 hectare vineyard is planted to Chardonnay, Nebbiolo, Shiraz and Gamay which reflect their origin and offer cellar worthy wines with a gripping mineral texture.Winemaking on site is traditional and driven by taste more than numbers. Pressings, solids and lees all play their part completing the picture. The wines are matured in a range of carefully selected French oak barrels, puncheons and foudres.
