Domaine Alain et Adrien Gautherin - Chablis 1er Cru 'Mont de Millieu' - 2022

The 2022 Chablis Mont de Milieu 1er Cru has a fresh nose with green apple, dewy meadow and light flinty scents that cohere nicely in the glass. The palate is well balanced with fine weight, a touch oilier in texture than Gautherin's other cuvées with a harmonious and quite persistent, nougat-tinged finish. Very stylish. Alas, this is a very small cuvée–just 2,000 bottles produced. 92 Points Neal Martin, vinous.com A finesse to this aroma – fine and complex too – very inviting.
