Hochkirch - Tarrington Chardonnay - 2024

Slippery texture with a cool cut and thrust. All pure fruit, all energy and deliciousness. So much less about polish and finery of oak and so much about how the wine feels and flows. Green appley, quite intense in that regard, just ripe-nectarine, the faintest red onion element with chicken stock barely there, ginger, alpine herbs, lightest fino sherry notes and this cool, ultra minerally finish that feels all alpine water and river stones.
