Jane Eyre - Fleurie 'Les Labourons' - 2022

The Labourons cuvée is deliberately made in quite a different style to the screwcap version. Nearly 100 years old vines, 60% whole bunch, 3 weeks cuvaison, a mix of ageing vessels.
