The Tim Adams Schaefer Shiraz is made from the fruit of one small parcel that has been identified for its superior quality fruit. The wine spends 24 months in new French oak which adds genuine complexity of aromas & flavours. Dark berries, chocolate, spices & cedary oaky aromas lift from the glass. In the mouth this explodes with spice, red cherries, vanilla, cedar, cigar box & dark plums.
