Yellow flowers and salted nougat aromas. Lovely lifted yellow and green nectarine, poached pear, lemon posset. with an almond/hazelnut undertone. Fennel and spice play a nice role in framing the fruit. Beautiful subtlety in the fruit weight for '25 beechy. Phenolics are fine and well shaped, creating good flow. The wine exhibits  that Beechworth power, but loving the light feel the fruit has Chris Catlow, Winemaker
