Yeringberg - Chardonnay - 2023

A combination of natural and inoculated ferments, then racked to hogsheads (30% new) and with 30% mlf. A bright green gold. Expressive, with a tangerine, lemon peel and almond-scented bouquet. A little chalkier and more restrained on the palate than the '22, this very nicely balanced and structured wine should age gracefully over the next five to seven years at least. 95 Points Philip Rich, Halliday Wine Companion
