Yarra Valley Spirits Co Wedge-Tail Gin is a dry style gin with the only botanical used being Juniper berries. This gin is "Bathtub Style" meaning that their spirit is steeped in Juniper rather than distilled. This gives the gin its signature flavour, dryness and yellow hew.
