Sinapius Vineyard - Close Planted Pinot Noir - 2022

Pipers River. Hand picked from two northeast-facing, high-density blocks, La Clairiére and The Enclave, planted to 7700 vines per hectare. There's a wisp of struck flint floating over the ripe wild strawberry, raspberry and dark cherry fruits here. Hints of exotic spice, Chinese barbecue shop, forest floor, rhubarb, pomegranate, pressed rose petals and earth.
