Delinquente Hell Organic Fiano Riverland

The Hell series is experimental, calling compelling and unique characteristics out of the fruit. Fiano gets split into two parcels; half pressed of for a juice ferment, the rest done on skins. An elevage in Slavonian oak foudres and neutral French barriques. And the result is this; a gilded citrus dreamboat, sailing through clouds of white floral scent, marmalade and textural tides. Mouthfeel like you never had. Yum.
