Domaine Buisson-Charles - Meursault 1er Cru 'Goutte-d'Or' - 2023

An expressive and beautifully well-layered nose speaks of carnation and acacia blossom along with notes of white peach, passion fruit and a hint of petrol. I very much like the texture of the rich, generously proportioned and solidly concentrated medium-bodied flavors that culminate in a bone-dry, strikingly long and overtly citrus-inflected finale where the only reproach is a touch of warmth.
