Domaine Buisson-Charles - Bourgogne Blanc 'Haute Densite' - 2023

Once again there is a prominent phenolic character but with more spice and floral nuances that add a touch of elegance. The notably denser flavors are rich to the point of opulence while coating the palate with sappy dry extract that also serves to buffer the slightly firmer acid spine.
