Domaine Buisson-Charles - Bourgogne Aligote 'Hors Classe' - 2023

From old vines that are pruned very short to limit their yields, the 2023 Bourgogne Aligoté Hors Classe offers up aromas of pear and apple mingled with notions of white flowers and pastry cream. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and layered, it's rich and ample, with a generous core of fruit.
