100% hand-picked, hand-sorted and whole-cluster direct pressed to a combination of old oak puncheons, clay amphora and stainless steel for wild ferment and 6 months on lees. The entry on the Dr Edge Riesling is zesty and fresh with citrus fruits with a hint of stone fruits.
