Carefully matured for over 10 years in warehouses, perched on the intense environs of the Ayrshire coast, of Scotland. Light and floral with a subtle, nutty character. Aromas of delicate oak, malted biscuits and creamy vanilla background. Flavours of lightly-toasted almonds, sweet cotton candy and a gentle vanilla oak, balanced with a touch of tannin. This bottle is one of two distinctive styles in the Aerstone's range - which are clearly defined by their taste profile on the bottle and pack.
