The 2022er Niedermenniger Herrenberg Riesling Kabinett Feinherb Herbert (the reference to this internal cask name is provided in small print on the label after the AP number) is an off-dry wine made from fruit harvested in the Kasselsheidchen part of the vineyard situated high up the slope. It offers a very elegant and pure nose of white and yellow fruits, jasmine, lavender, violet, and pear. The wine is delicately refined and juicy on the fruity and fresh palate.
