This Chardonnay of great intensity show flavours of nectarine then softer white peach with sweet spice and hints of roasted nuts. The textural mouthfeel then has a long zesty citrus like finish.

Each wine in the Apex range offers a unique single clone, single vineyard snapshot. Minimal intervention winemaking allows the nuances of site and clonal complexities to be highlighted, while maximising varietal purity.
