Lustau-Dry Amontillado Sherry

Lustau Dry Amontillado Los Arcos is a dry, oxidatively aged Amontillado sherry from Bodegas Lustau in Jerez. Made from Palomino grapes and matured in old American casks, it delivers a pale to amber color with a crisp, nutty character and a persistent dry finish. A classic aperitif that also pairs beautifully with tapas, olives, almonds, charcuterie, and aged cheeses. Best served slightly chilled.Tasting notes- Appearance: Clear, amber-gold.- Nose: Toasted almonds and hazelnuts, walnut oil, with faint biscuit and a touch of brine.- Palate: Dry, medium-bodied; roasted nut notes, subtle toffee, with mineral/ saline hints and crisp acidity.- Finish: Long and dry, nutty and toasty, with lingering mineral character.
