St Hugo Cabernet Sauvignon

St Hugo Cabernet Sauvignon embodies everything that is good about Coonawarra Cabernet. There is plenty to enjoy here. This is a mid-to-full-bodied cabernet showing dark plums, cassis, dried herbs and a sniff od mint and dark chocolate. The palate is round and complex with vanilla oak, dark spices, cassis and mulberry with excellent tannins and very long finish.
