50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Syrah - Thirty year old vines grown in the Trevallon Valley at the base of the rocky walls of the Alpilles mountain range.   A powerful nose; Ferrous, earthy and herbal, giving way to red fruits and black olives. Effortlessly complex and finessed with extraordinarily fine tannins. Organically farmed. Aged for 24 months in foudres before bottling.
