Chandon Vintage Brut

This is Chandon's original and benchmark methode traditionnelle sparkling wine made from grapes harvested from some of Victoria's finest cool-climate sites. Chandon Australia established themselves with this very wine. Made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and entirely bottle conditioned in the classical Champagne method, this is rich, powerful and complex with baked bread, brioche, vanilla and citrus tang leading to a long, clean and satidfying finish.
