Made from Single-Vineyard, BD-Certified Estate-Grown Chardonnay. About CastagnaCastagna is one of the leading producers of the Beechworth region.In 1997, Julian and Carolann Castagna packed up their city life and moved into and caravan on a bare patch of dirt in the Beechworth region of north-east Victoria. Farmed biodynamically from the get go, the Castagnas planted their vineyard with a view to making complex Syrah in the mode of Cote-Rotie and savoury, structural Italian varieties that could compete with their European counterparts.
