2021 Eisenstone d'Or Shiraz 750ml

d'Or is a home for the  very special  parcels of grapes from each vintage. The grapes may be from new and experimental suppliers or a blend of vineyards and sub regions. The 2021 is predominantly from the Greenock sub region but also includes lesser amounts from Ebenezer and Marannaga. Peak Drinking / Cellaring PotentialThis wine will continue to mature until at least 2040.Only 800 bottles, each individually numbered.Volume - 750mLAlcohol Volume - 14.5% The grapes were fermented in small batches and after fermentation was matured in 50% new French oak for 20 months prior to bottling. The wine was then relesed after a further 12 months of bottle maturation.
