Georgia's Paddock is one of Jasper Hill's defining wines, grown on ancient Cambrian soils and known for concentration, spice, earthy depth and long ageing ability.The original block of Georgia's Paddock Shiraz was planted in 1975, with additional vines planted in 1987.
