Matured for 1 year in French oak. Dense inky black core with a deep bright dark purple hue. Elevated dark plum and liquorice scents mix with vanillin cedar, scorched earth, dried herbs and pepper. Mid weighted with a refined feel the palate is generously endowed with bright dark plum and liquorice fruits which sit over an earth, vanillin cedar, clove and peppered meat back drop.
