From the Lieu-dits of Les Malpoiriers and Les Pellans; vines ageing back to 1935. The grapes are hand harvested and sorted and the wine aged on lees in oak barrels (20% new) for 12 months. An elegant and fulbodied wine with delicate buttery, brioche notes and saline on the end palate. Producer Notes
