2022 Vintage not yet reviewed, 2021 vintage review below: The 2021 Barbaresco Recta Pete is fabulous. As always, the Recta Pete is conceived as a blend of several vineyards. That should not in any way lead readers to think of it as less important than the other wines. In fact, the 2021 is every bit as good, perhaps better, than some of the vineyard designates. Deep, layered, vibrant, with gorgeous depth and exceptional balance, the 2021 impresses from start to finish. Bright red/purplish fruit, rose petals, lavender, spice and crushed rocks linger on the driving finish. What a wine! 95 Points Antonio Galloni, Vinous.com
