The 2022 Chassagne-Montrachet Les Caillerets 1er Cru has a captivating bouquet with yellow plum, lemon thyme, jasmine and crushed rock. Very well-defined, it articulates its terroir with real aplomb. The palate is taut and focused, lightly spiced on the entry and almost peppery compared to the other Premier Crus from Morey, fanning out wonderfully with real brio on the persistent finish.
