Billecart-Salmon Brut Sous Bois is a unique Champagne from the esteemed house of Billecart-Salmon. The name "Sous Bois" (under wood) reflects its vinification entirely in oak barrels, a practice that harks back to Champagne's traditional methods. It is a blend of the three classic Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier.   Tasting Note:Nose: A complex and inviting bouquet of dried fruits, fresh citrus, and white stone fruits mingles with alluring notes of buttered brioche, subtle spice, and a gentle smokiness derived from the oak.
