Smoke Wagon Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

Released in fall of 2019, our goal was to craft a wallet-friendly bourbon with the unique and distinctive Smoke Wagon flavor. Made with our signature high-rye mash bill, barrels were stored on the top two levels of our warehouse, never rotated. The rising temperatures on these floors during summer lead to greater expansion and wood penetration. By not chill filtering, our bourbon boasts a rich and velvety texture beyond its years. The unmoved barrels also ensure a smooth finish with no harsh tannin flavours, while the high-rye mash bill adds a spicy and nutty touch. ABV: 46.25%.
