The palate is medium to full-bodied and coats every part of your mouth. This is a wine to enjoy now and over the next few years.Palliser Estate is one of the original vineyards in Martinborough. They took a gamble and started planting grapes in 1984. They are now considered one of the top wineries in the whole country.
