Texture and grace, refinement and supreme length, fragrant, bright with chardonnay grape flavours and coursing with a mineral pulse that mixes briny tang and silty, talc-like powderiness. In the mix, a lick of nuttiness, oatmeal, barely there, beautiful though in the carriage of green apple and lemony-fresh vitality.
