Pommery Champagne Apanage Blanc de Blanc 750ml

What to expect- Premium selection of fruit with extended ageing- This is where Pommery shines, a well-polished wine- Pair with aged parmesan and some iberico hamA step up from the Brut Royal, the Apanage is majority Pinots being 30% Pinot noir and 25% Pinot meunier with the remainder 45% Chardonnay. The main difference between the Brut Royal and this beautifully crafted Apanage is a longer time on lees, 3.5 years and over 20 crus (Villages), which are mainly grand cru and premier cru sites. The dosage sits between 8-9 g/l residual sugar. As with all Pommery wine making, full malolactic fermentation is encouraged as is the use of stainless steel.
